How a project is born
Projects are the third promise of our motto: progress. They follow a simple and transparent process.
The idea
A member proposes a project in assembly; it is discussed and developed with those who are interested.
The project charter
A charter specific to the project sets its rules: purpose, shareholders, distribution and governance. The project only starts once this charter is adopted.
The shareholders
Volunteer members join and fund the project through calls for funds, each according to their share.
Delivery
The project has its own cashbox, separate from the association's. Every expense is justified and progress is presented in assembly.
